The room was perfectly clean and in good condition, they offer a wake-up service, and the employees are competent and excellent.

Cold showers - when we inquired about the lack of hot water, the front desk kind of shrugged their shoulders and said they were hosting a hockey team and some other youth groups 4 to a room, and oh well... Also our heat in the room seemed to work at only max heat or max cool, so we were up repeatedly in the night to adjust. Paid what had to be jacked-up rates (due to availability) for a less than comfortable stay.
